Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate business development activities with customized sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with all our service offerings.
- Handle a high volume of client calls while maintaining top-quality service standards.
- Drive sales of all services, ensuring they meet both company and client needs.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure there’s no service drop-off.
- Address client complaints quickly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot client issues and arrange field service calls when required.
- Manage all client correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments, document transactions, and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Prepare new contracts and handle related inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing tailored service contracts.
- Supervise online chat and sales inquiries.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan strategic sales approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Any degree.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Passion for sales, with strong analytical, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in negotiation, persuasion, and client servicing.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
